The Prishtina/Priština Municipal Office for Social Welfare invites all non-governmental organizations (NGOs) registered in the Republic of Kosovo pursuant to legal provisions applicable in Kosovo, whose scope of work is focused on social protection, provision of social and family services, research, analysis in the field of social services, building professional capacities of human resources, developing professional capacities of human resources, support to individuals, children and adults, families and groups at risk and who need professional and family social services as follows:
- Children without parental and family care / at risk of losing parental care;
- Abused children, children and adults on the street, maltreated (harassed)/stigmatized, peer violence, at risk of and victims of cybercrime;
- All groups of persons (children, adults) with disabilities;
- Victim of crime, domestic violence, human trafficking and sexual crimes;
- Survivors of domestic violence – reintegration and empowerment;
- Single parents;
- Economically and socially marginalized girls and women in rural and urban areas;
- Children in hazardous child labour;
- Children with antisocial behavior and juvenile delinquents;
- Elderly people who need family and social care;
- Minors in early marriages of girls and boys – prevention and raising awareness non-majority ethnic communities, enhancing family care and social inclusion;
- Children with special educational needs – speech therapy needs,
- The LGBTI+ community in need for support from professional and social services;
- People who use psychoactive substances;
- Families in unfavorable socio-economic conditions;
- Unaccompanied children and minors – immigrants;
- War veterans and disabled people.
The total planned value of the call is €400,000.00 (four hundred thousand euros).
The minimum amount of financial support that can be awarded for each project is €500 (five hundred euros), while the maximum amount for a project is €16,000.00 (sixteen thousand euros).
The deadline for submitting proposals is 15 working days, namely, from the day of publication 02.04.2025 to 24.04.2025.
NGOs can apply with only one project within this Call. The project implementation period is from 6 to 12 months.
NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations), registered according to legal provisions for the registration of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Republic of Kosovo, operational in Prishtina/Priština Municipality at least one year before the date of publication of the public call, are entitled to compete with their projects. Applicants must demonstrate that their work program is aimed at protecting vulnerable and socially disadvantaged groups:
