MESTI has opened the application session for textbook subsidies for the 2025/2026 school year

Notice

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) announces that as of today you can apply for subsidizing textbooks and teaching materials through the e-Kosova platform.

For the 2025/2026 school year, the following subsidies will be provided:

€ 80 for students from grades I to V, for the purchase of textbooks and teaching materials;

€ 80 for students from grades VI to IX, for the purchase of workbooks and teaching materials. Textbooks for the grades VI-IX, according to Administrative Instruction No. 13/2016 on their provision, use and storage, will be used by the previous generation, as was practiced last year.

The application process this year will be much easier, as the parents’ bank accounts are active from previous years. As in the past two years, the funds will be transferred to the parents’ bank accounts.

Municipal Education Directorates have been notified in a timely manner and each application will be verified by the respective school before the transfer of funds.

Public Call for Support in the Sector of Agriculture and Business

The Ministry of Communities and Returns informs all interested parties that on 11 August 2025, the Public Call for Support in the Sector of Agriculture and Business has been announced, in an amount of allocated funds of 1 million Euro.

The purpose of the Public Call is to provide financial and technical support to individuals and legal entities engaged in agricultural production, livestock, processing of agricultural products as well as development of small and medium enterprises.

All interested persons and entities that meet the conditions set out in the text of the Public Call are entitled to participate.
