- Preparation for interviews and professional communication
- Development of soft skills: self-confidence, teamwork, critical thinking
- Knowledge on digital and green transformation
- Training on conflict management
- Opportunities for mentoring even after the camp
Who can apply:
- Young people aged 18–29 from all municipalities of Kosovo
- Unemployed or job-seeking individuals
- Priority: young people from Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities, rural areas, and girls from families in difficult economic situations
