On the occasion of 28 September – Bosnians’ Day, the Office for Community Affairs sends its most sincere congratulations to all members of the Bosniak community in Kosovo.
This day reminds us of the importance of preserving the cultural identity, language, and rich traditions of the Bosniaks, as well as their significant contribution to the development of our society. The Bosniak community, which makes up 1.69% of Kosovo’s population according to the latest census data, is an example of preserving the value of multiethnic coexistence, which represents the foundations of a shared future.
The Office for Community Affairs expresses its commitment to strengthening cooperation, mutual respect and tolerance, as well as improving cooperation and communication regarding the rights and position of all non-majority communities in Kosovo.
We wish all Bosniaks to spend Bosniaks’ Day with peace, pride and unity, and we thank them for their contribution and active participation in our society!
