Notice: Green Agenda Multiplier – Grant support program for CSOs and CSO networks!
This call for small grants is announced within the Green Agenda Navigator project, implemented by Belgrade Open School (BOS) in cooperation with six regional partners: The Aarhus Centre Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Eco-Team from Montenegro, Eco-Z from Kosovo*, the Eko-Svest Center for Environmental Research and Information from North Macedonia, the Organization for the Protection and Preservation of the Natural Environment from Albania, and the CEE Bankwatch Network. The project is co-financed by the EU.
The Green Agenda for the Western Balkans aims to achieve climate neutrality by 2025. However, the reality in the Western Balkans is stark: nearly 70% of the region’s electricity is generated from coal, air pollution has a major impact on public health, and biodiversity is suffering severe losses.
The open Green Agenda Multiplier call aims to reverse this negative trend and offers financial support and mentoring for organizations and networks.
Deadline for application: 17 September 2025.

Notice: Grants for NGOs from Democracy for Development!
The organization Democracy for Development (D4D) invites small and medium local non-governmental organizations with innovative ideas, committed and engaged in increasing youth participation – especially of underrepresented and vulnerable groups (such as: girls and young women, Roma youth, youth with disabilities, etc.) – to apply to this Call for Proposals.
The main objective of this Call is to strengthen the capacities of current Network members to continue contributing to improving the position of youth and to expand the Network so as to enable small local CSOs to engage directly in various activities at local, national, and regional level regarding increased systematic and meaningful youth participation.
This decision is based on the commitment to ensure the continuity of the work of local NGOs, necessary to harmonize processes at national and local level and to increase the appropriate response to the challenges faced by youth (especially those vulnerable and underrepresented).
This is a regional Call for Proposals, which will be announced and implemented simultaneously, but separately in each Project country. In Kosovo*, it is implemented by Democracy for Development (D4D).
