The Ideas Partnership NGO is seeking 10 Facilitators/Volunteers for the 2025 Summer Camp
Camp dates: 15, 16, 17 July 2025
Time of engagement: 09:00 – 12:00
Compensation for the three-day engagement: EUR 80 Gross
Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for campers during the summer camp program.
• Facilitate individual and group learning through presentations, discussions, games and various educational activities.
• Take responsibility for the assigned group and ensure adherence to the camp’s rules.
Required qualifications:
• Preferably enrolled in studies in Social Sciences or the field of Education.
• Previous experience working with children or youth in camps, educational or recreational settings.
Knowledge of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage campers and build positive relationships while promoting teamwork.
