The organization LENS, in cooperation with partners KEC, KYC and Domovik, and with financial support from UNICEF, IOM and the Peacebuilding Fund, is organizing a campaign to mark the International Day of Peace on 21 September in Prizren.
An important part of the event will be the “Cultural Corners”, stands where different communities from all over Kosovo will have the opportunity to present elements of their culture – traditional foods, clothing, photographs, paintings, or any other element that reflects identity and the message of peace.
The organizers are looking for two additional communities or groups who wish to participate and share their culture through this creative and peaceful initiative.
📌 Participants will have benefits such as:
- Presentation of traditional foods or cultural items
- Support with fully covered transport
- A contribution of €10 for each volunteer
This is an excellent opportunity to celebrate Kosovo’s cultural diversity and to promote peace and social cohesion.
