The NGO Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR) announces its fourth three-month paid Fellowship Program for five students from Kosovo. This unique opportunity allows young people from all ethnic communities in Kosovo to work in different civil society organizations across Kosovo. These organizations’ main focus is human rights, peace building, reconciliation, and dealing with the past. The program is designed to support the development of young people’s professional capacities and provide them with an in-depth work opportunity in non-governmental organizations that mainly work with members of different ethnic communities in Kosovo, to build bridges of communication and cooperation between them.
During the fellowship at the host NGO, you will also develop a research project that will serve as an educational and informational tool for other young people in the future.
The fellowship shall last three (3) months and is expected to start in November 2024.
