The Ministry of Communities and Return recognized the significant need to increase the number of houses within the Community Stabilization Program, and the administrative difficulties linked with the application process, such as inheritance processes, property legacies, etc. That is why it launched a Call for Identification of Priority Families for the Construction of Houses.
The following documents must be attached to the application:
– House Construction Request from the Ministry of Communities and Return
– Statement of joint household
Priority will be given to socially disadvantaged families, young couples with multiple children, single parents, and people with disabilities, who will have the opportunity to be the first to access this important process.
To ensure transparency and fairness, the Ministry will compile a list of priority applicants that will be formed from November 1 to December 31. After that period, the Ministry’s Commission will draw up a list of potential beneficiaries meeting the requirements with complete documentation and the urgency of the procedure. This list will enable a clear definition of priorities and improve the living conditions of those who need it most.
