The Office of Community Affairs organized a working lunch with representatives of the Egyptian community to share information about the paid internship platform Kosovo Generation Unlimited (https://kosovogenu.com) which offers opportunities to enter the labor market for young people aged 16 to 24 years old and with subsidies for practical work, it also offers businesses opportunities for new workforce.
As a joint initiative of the Ministry of Finance, the Kosovo Program of UNICEF and the Network of Socially Responsible Businesses of Kosovo, it has already offered over 700 internships for young people, and 10% of these interns are from the communities. a goal to increase the participation of non-majority communities to 15%. As a step towards achieving this goal, this information session was organized to find the best way to achieve the participation of young people and businesses more effectively.
