Based on Government Decision No. 02/142, dated: 10.05.2023, the program of the Office for Community Affairs was approved, which based on article no. 1. The purpose of the Program of the Office for Community Affairs is the financial support and promotion of the rights and interests of non-majority communities in Kosovo.
The plan includes the following activities:
1. Financial support for the media, for the implementation of projects aimed at promoting the rights and interests of non-majority communities in the Republic of Kosovo.
2. Financial support for non-governmental organizations for the implementation of projects aimed at training and employment of non-majority communities with special emphasis on youth and women or other marginalized groups within non-majority communities.
3. Financial support for cultural activities, which may include special or commemorative days, in order to preserve and nurture the culture and traditions of non-majority communities.
4. Round tables for non-majority communities with the Government.
5. Financial support for natural persons for health reasons and in a more difficult social situation.
6. Scholarships for students from non-majority communities (Balkan studies program).
